Peter Cook

Peter has been helping with the BofB archive ‘behind the scenes’ for many years after a long career in publishing. He has been using his database skills during the past 20 years to compile many categories of information into a large database of the Battle of Britain. This includes claims and loss statistics for the RAF and Luftwaffe, operational records from RAF Forms 540 and 541, and aircraft movements from Form 78s. He has also transcribed many of the combat reports used in the Battle of Britain Combat Archive and, with the assistance of several collaborators, is currently completing the transcription of all known RAF combat reports for the Battle of Britain period.
